Provided full Project Management services on behalf of Oakmount on the multi award winning Devlin Hotel. Situated in the hart of Ranelagh the four story over basement building contains forty bedrooms, a subterranean cinema, ground floor bar and penthouse restaurant. 

The Devlin Hotel was awarded Hospitality building of the year in the Building and Architect of the Year Awards 2019.
